Outdoor lighting

For some reason photos taken of me outside make my eyes look much better than inside. Example, a photo outside my under eyes will look not so bad but inside under different lighting my undereyes look buggier and way fucking worse. Same goes for flash camera, my eyes look much better. How do people see me coz this is making me genuinely want to end it all.
