Will losing weight help? I am 89kg and 189cm and skinny fat (high body fat).

Get to 80kg
 
At a low enough bodyfat there is no round face unless ur genetics are trash and there has to be fat stored in ur cheeks at all times
 
It's not round retard you can see it in the mirror
