Outward Gonions IRL but at CBCT its Inward. How?

on CBCT she has a normal to byzygomatic ratio. Nothing special. But in real life, she has flared gonions? How is that possible?

I chew gum every day and my CBCT has a better bigonial to byzygomatic ratio than her but my gonions suck and her amazing... That's fucking unreal

Is it just massater hypertrophy? Why can't I achieve that?
