Is scalp advancement the same as hairline lowering? I had 2 HTs and was told at my first that they wouldn’t do hairline lowering/forehead reduction unless I had a fully transplanted hairline, but seems you got it before your planned hair transplants?

Bruv scalp advancement is what you do before not after jfl.

Now i’m gonna transplant over the scar making it fully invisable and Will also do my sideburns. Am struggling to find a good surgeon whos willing to do the side Burns and who doesnt have a long wait time. Please give suggestions tbh.
