One thing that i always notice is that people tend to get over advanced and don't advance the paranasal (depends on the patient if he had a flat upper maxilla/paranasal), wich tends to leave a flat look.
He is also trying to hide his frontal bone with hair, i am not against that to not get surgeries, but those results tend to look dogmaxxed and uncanny.
