I lost about an inch from losing weight, most of the reason it looks small is there’s no muscle and no fat.

My wrists have only increased from 17 cm to 18 cm (+0.5 inches) after working out for 1.5 years, doing sarms and gaining 21 kilos

I also increased my wrist size when I started lifting but it's not muscle lol

There literally is 0 muscle on the wrist. It's just that the wrist bone is one of the last ones to completely fuse, and if you go gym you produce more HGH so the bone gets thicker, you can't gain muscle on wrist

the wrist is one of the first to fuse (closes around 15-16 on avg), despite this you can thicken the bone pretty much at any age to an extent. Mechanical stress has been shown in studies to help appositional growth. In studies the wrist thickened naturally until about 19 iirc.

- Lifting won’t thicken the bone from HGH since it barely increases the hormone, it’s primarily from the mechanical stress applied to the bones

a dude with 5.9 inch wrists will never look like a threat, like he can beat someone up

he at best can have aesthetic physique for a picture, but IRL he will always be small
