The Bible does not specifically address a Christian having plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery. There is nothing in the Bible to indicate that plastic surgery is, in and of itself, wrong. I just assume either muslim or Christian when I see someone with a MENA pheno and since he said he can't get surgeries I assumed muslim.
