Overbite braces/veneers or mandible expander?

I am on my looksmax journey, and want to correct and optimize every flaw till next year. Already had cheek fillers, using a skincare routine and got my upper front teeth shortened by a dentist (looked like 2 rabbit teeth). I have a small and narrow lower third, and an overbite. My lower teeth are crooked and dont have enough place. I already got 2 wisdom tooth extracted, and maybe will also do the other side.
What kind of looksmax should i get for my teeth and jaw/chin situation? Braces/veneers or mandible expander and then a wraparound jaw implant, or genioplasty?
I found a clinic in Istanbul that does very good work with veneers, and the price is around 3700 Euros for upper und lower.

Also narrow looking palate, even if all teeth fit and are not crooked is the worst thing ever, I would much rather have crooked teeth with a palate that doesn't look narrow than the other way around tbh.

Palate expander maybe? But I think that when all the teeth fit in your mouth, the narrow looking palate is more of an effect than a case, maybe it's related to the shape of the palate?

They don't fit unfortunately. My canine teeth haven't fully come out because of lack of space

and you chose the size of your veneers, they can be the same size as your old teeth fucking subhuman low iq
