good actually, you can grow and increase hormones especially hgh and igf1 and test. i would recommend cutting junk (processed foods) completely or eating less of it and eat lots of meats and dairy and drinking water like 1.5-2L and milk the same, sleep 9+hours bc that's the most important for hgh release. keep it up twin
