A good physique is made by good shoulders, back and arms. Too big of a chest will make you look like a bodybuilder instead of a slayer (athletic physique).
This is because athletes actually rarely train chest since it’s a useless muscle for sports unlike back and shoulders.
You can basically never overdevelop your back and shoulders too much to the point it will ever look bad/weird/unproportional. But you can absolutely overtrain chest to make you look like a bodybuilder instead of an athlete.
