Own gyno surgery removal

First: get to single digit body fat or even better to 8-6% body fat.

2nd: Medical scalpal, rubbing alcohol,medical clampers, paper towels, pain pills, antibiotics 1 day prior to surgery and the day of surgery.

clean roughly all the instruments before use.

3rd: do a incision on the upwards side of the aerola of the nipple and cut through the fat and gyno, use the paper towels to remove blood and extra fluid.

4th: be patient, this will take 4-6 hours on one nipple.
I Would recommend doing both on one day bcs it will be too much pain doing the surgery twice.

5th: stitch or go to a nurse or clinic to get the gyno stitched up.

I know nobody has the balls to do this. But now i am not focused on getting more muscle i want to get shreded and so this surgery.

Of course i will post it here and on any sovial media i can without getting it removed

Now i am cutting on 250 test + 300 masteron and ai so i want to be shreded soon

I always had it since i am 11 years old.
I have it since puberty and all my brothers also have it even my dad so it is fucking genetic.

I guess high t caused high estrogen or something in my teenage years

But i wont die, or get anything serious there are no major veins or arteries in that area and at 6% body fat it will be super easy to cut through all of thay

Risky game to play dude. Why not just shell out the shekels for a professional to do it? Theres too much that can do wrong if you do it yourself. You can give yourself a nasty scar or cause too much blood loss.
