Ya some rich guy bought an abandoned shop lot building and turned it into an apartment rentals in my area. There's probably like a more than a hundred room in there. The profit must be insane, there's not much money to be made if ur just buying an apartment unit and renting it.

Passive income is passive income, I think you need to pursue it as soon as your career/business stagnates or inflation will leave you with nothing in the end.
