Tried Ozempic/Wegovy—low doses had no noticeable effect, while higher doses caused severe nausea and vomiting, making it impossible to continue. I’m looking for alternatives to these medications, as the side effects were too extreme for me. If anyone has tips for managing nausea while on Ozempic, I might consider trying it again. For context, I experienced mild nausea in the first two months, but by the third month, the vomiting became unbearable, forcing me to stop. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated!
