Pagnoni vs Ramieri

Im going to get bimax this year, but Ramieri has better results with bimax but he doesn't do implants. Is it better to just go to Ramieri for bimax then try to go to Pagnoni for implants or just save the money and go to Pagnoni?

This is interesting. I consulted with him not that long ago (maybe two months at most), and he specifically mentioned "Giant" by name and mentioned that he doesn't think it's necessary to do the saddled design because of how invasive he thinks it is. I will DM you.
