The other day i mentioned how every time i get out of the gym i feel way more confident and don't have lots of social anxiety and so on
Yesterday i tried again deadlift that has crushed my lower back and today i have woke up all day with stiffness and, honestly, while walking, i didn't give a damn whether people were looking at me, i saw in the face whoever i wanted, i didn't give a damn of people judged me, etc
It's all about the brain prioritizing necessities. Somehow the brain is programmed to make you feel socially anxious when you don't have pain and it doesn't make sense why. I guess thats why they call them disorders.
