I have constant pain

Advil aleve and Tylenol don’t do shit and are unhealthy asf, my liver is damaged because of it

What the hell can I do or take?

Is weed a good option?

Has anyone tried kratom?

Should I get some codeine? Works pretty good for me but I need a prescription... how can I get a hook up?

I don’t want to do oxies or percs those are too addictive
