Pain on the left side of chest

Hello, im 19 and i am addicted to caffeine and kratom for like 3 years daily i also use strong pre when i go gym a zyn daily. Recently i started experiencing pain the chest on left side and i often have fast heart beat. Anyone experienced this or any advice please, i am kinda scared i will get heart attack or something.

Kratom is a tough substance, have u checked ur blood pressure? BPM? Try to have telmisartan on hand, buy some fish oil and stay away from these substances for a while and see if it gets better

I haven’t checked bp. I am lowering the kratom dose but it’s hard. I do 2g of fish oil, should I do more? Maybe do you have any recommendations for supps?

Retard dont lower the dose, stay away from it.. do atleast 3g fish oil

Ur right i dont know how kratom withdrawals are but they cant be that bad, i was addicted to xanax, i know what withdrawals and addiction is, but if you feel and are scared for your health then you stop.
