Is there any apps like Paint on android that allows me to measure and select the pixels on a pic?
I want to measure ratios on my phone too.
Nvm found a much better app than paint actually. Its called ImageMeter - Photo Measure.
You can make a reference scale on the pupils (11.77mm) and then it automatically calculates in cm every other measure you want in the pic
