Recently he left and retired that is what he says but everyone knows it's because of his boss the Microsoft CEO Satya Nadela. Constantly got into arguments with him because he wanted profits at any cost and please the investors while Phil cared about gamers and platform he built.

Satya isn't a cool easy going CEO like the Google CEO Sundar Pichai. He is a control freak. You do exactly as he tells you to do or he's already plotting a plan to kick you out. Happened many times. Angry curry he is, probably because of norwooding. Microsoft has also been treating xbox like some 2nd grade product. So he just left selling his share and retired while Microsoft kept chasing the AI money

Just last week thr investors chose Asha Sharma another indian as the CEO of Xbox. And guess what she has 0 experience in the gaming industry but what she is really really good at is AI shit. Shoving down AI into everyone's throats and sucking every last dollar out of everyone to print money

And ever since she become the CEO it has been a disaster. She first put out a post to calm everyone down, that she is not going to turn into a blood sucking AI fiend

Meanwhile this Xbox account btw. She barely even plays games

And guess what she did. More AI slop. Literally 2 days after becoming CEO she started testing her AI. Xbox users started getting test messages from braze AI
