im 17 and just got braces on my lower teeth(no extractions). i already have a palatal expander and after im done with the activations ill wear a face mask. how long does it take to see results?

RPE gives around 0.25 to 0.5mm a day (when you consistently turn) so probably few weeks for noticeable changes, full expansion is around 3 to 6 months. I assume you’re getting braces after to fix the gap in teeth?

yeah, but only next year in january
