Palate expander 16M

im 16 (2009), bone age 13, short asf mostly due to my congenital heart disease (pulmonary valve stenosis) since i had surgery when i was 7, and might need another one in 2-4 years, but 'luckily' ill experience catch up growth. I had a narrow palate and narrow jaw and was quite boneless (still am), but getting a palate expander was genuinely a really good thing that happened to me, my twists are minimal 1/4mm per twist, 2 twists per week. Ive already noticed differences in my zygos and palate, my palate was crowding in earlier so my dentist said expand, he said he doesnt want to extract since it'll make me look worse. i have a soft jawline and a recessed chin, and an overbite. Any tips? if needed i can show pics before the expander and now. Im ltn and genuinely wna get out of ts, any help and tips? I started bonesmashing around a month ago even tho its prolly cope.
