I had a removable palate expander when I was 9-11. I am now late puberty. After 11 I had braces and a 4 tooth top retainer was put in. I feel I underused the expander heavily. There is enough space for all my teeth and my palette is not narrow but it could definitely be wider. Would of using it extensively made a big difference too my facial structure, if so should I remove the retainer try and use it again (my teeth have significantly changed position)?
