i dont think so, if your teeth are aligned then they will not give you the palate expander

If you can buikd a solid case then yeah, lie as much as possible about how your tongue doesnt fit, hurts etc etc, pre molars removed at age pre 18 is bad, palate exlander could save u so yh 100%
