Hey brothers, lately I've been feeling really stressed about my physical appearance, not because I'm ugly. I consider myself a solid mountain player, but I don't want to go into details about my tier right now. I'm here to share my ascension plan, which consists of a lot of soft maxing and some hard maxing. I'm 16 years old, and this is what I'll be doing. Before I tell you, if you could give me some feedback, that would be great. Without further ado, here's what I'll be doing in the next few months:

Orthodontics:

I have a fairly "good" skull development. I have braces for a small crowded tooth; it was done without extractions.

I'm going to have a palatal expander fitted with micro-screws. I haven't decided which one to choose yet. Which one do you recommend to improve my cheekbones/midface? It's not because I need it that way, but I want to maximize that area.

(My orthodontist and I will aim for an expansion of 6-8 mm).

Let's start with the skin, which is very important. I have fairly mild acne, and I have some marks, not scars, so my dermatologist prescribed:

* Tretinoin (for possible breakouts)
* Glycolic acid cream (for spots)
* Sunscreen with a base (it helps conceal the marks and protects my skin).

“Scams”

* As I already mentioned (sunscreen with a base)
* Eyelash curler
* Shoes that make me 7 cm taller
* It's not a scam, but dressing well
* I shaved my head, so I I'll let my hair grow out in a booklet style.

Eye area:

* Typical 5% monoxide on eyebrows
* The Ordinary eyelash growth serum.

Diet:

I currently go to the gym, I'm at 16% body fat, so I'll lower it to 12% (to highlight my features, improve insulin resistance, and be able to start a clean bulking phase better).

Macronutrients:

1g of fat per kg of body weight

2.2g of protein

The rest is carbs.

(This will help me maximize my performance in the Gym and keeping all my vital functions working perfectly.

(My diet consists of hard foods: raw carrots, apples, meat, nuts, etc.)

⬆️I've added a lot of dairy.

Supplements:

5 grams of creatine

50,000 IU of beta-carotene (to achieve that tan)

Vitamin K2 (100 mcg) (so that vitamin D doesn't go to soft tissue)

Vitamin D3 (6200 mg), bone density/bone quality

Vitamin C (600 mg)

Calcium (1200mg)

“Habits”

I won't go into much detail about this taboo, but here are the basics and necessary points:

\-Swinging

\-Chewing

\-Correct posture

\-Sleeping without a pillow

\-Optimizing my sleep/circadian rhythm

\-I don't really have bad sleep habits, but I want to maximize sleep, which is fundamental to my development. So, I'll turn off screens an hour before bed, wear red-tinted glasses, take a hot shower, and wake up and go to sleep at the same time every day. Basic, but these are the pillars. Don't overcomplicate things.

\-I'll manage my cortisol levels better. I tend to get quite stressed, so I'll work on it.

Conclusion:

They're really soft maxxing, but it's okay, because you could say I look good. This won't make me look crazy, but it can make a good difference. The only hard maxxing is the palatal expander with micro-screws, which is the one that can give me the biggest skeletal change since it will open the palatal suture and improve the density/harmony of the second third of my mouth.

I'll definitely have surgery later on. For now, I'll do this. I'm paying for everything myself; I can't afford very expensive methods. Right now, I'm saving little by little to have surgery in the future, not for functional reasons because I have a skeletal Class I malocclusion, but for aesthetic reasons.

Don’t really have much feedback to give, sounds like you know what you’re doing. I might need to see your face with your eyes blocked out if you’re concerned about doxxing yourself
