my palate is not narrow but it is not wide either and im wondering would it impact me at this age, seen good changes like wider mouth, more prominent zygos, improved symmetry and improved eye support

Im not sure if a palate expander would move your maxilla up, giving more eye support, since I think most palate expanders only have lateral force.
Improved symmetry? Not sure, in the case of fast expanders asymmetry is common, your orthodontist will take that in consideration for sure.
Some orthodontists consider this option only for kids, despite the fact that expanding the palate can be done at basically any age.
It will help fixing your WHFR if its bad

A palate expander works at every age. It might indirectly improve your symetry but idk about the eye support.
