Palate expander messed up my nose

I got my palate expander around 8 months ago and before that my nose was straight asf. After 1-2 months of using palate expander i noticed that my noses symmetry got worse as my bone started shifting a little left. Now it has a bump and it looks horrible from my right side profile since the bone shifted left. I told my orthodontist about it, he checked it out and said it was fine, and i am currently trying to fix it.

Forward growth and hydrocortisone i guess.

jfl any palate expander worsens existing asymmetries. Do djs now and/or masseter training, your only options
