I'm getting a palate expander and I don't really know if it's gonna be good for me or not, or if I even need it (ofc I'm not a doctor).
The orthodontist that treated me as a kid could make one for me (I'd gotten one when I was 6yo, but my palate recessed). If you can link me any threads or serious information that I should know so ai don't mess up my palate please help me
