A lot of niggas on here think there gonna ascend with a palate expander wich is laughable. They think its gonna improve the maxilla and there whole skull is gonna transform. But that couldn't be further from the truth.

Important note: If you are an individual who has a narrow jaw, non projected zygos, a flat midface and narrow temples. Then that's tuff bc a palate expander ain't saving that.
What u can do tho is get yourself some jaw filler, a midface implant, zygo filler and tempal implants.

i have projected zygos and i am gonna get a palate expander as part of a big treatment plan, obviously i was never expecting it to change my skull noticeably but is it going to have any subtle effects?

I think it’s worth if ur bigonial bizygo ratio is bad but usually people that try it have an okay bigonial bizygo ratio but just have a narrow face in general so it descends them

Maxilla support the eyeballs. People with an underdeveloped jaw have sunken and tired eyes.

The upper jaw aka maxilla form attractiveness of your face. It closely goes up to the eye sockets and quite deep into the skull. The size, shape and location of maxillae directly determine the position of the nose, eyes, cheekbones, palate, upper teeth and even the lower jaw(because lower jaw its like a door, but maxilla is frame).
