Palate expansion or septoplasty

Since I’ve had braces for two yrs my maxilla has become slightly recessed and I’ve developed a dorsal hump. which makes my nose ltn. Should i get septo for it or go to an airway orthodontist and see what they can do and will more forward growth on my nose make it look slimmer and straighter from the front profile

My nasal bone is wide and i may be a deviated septum or a narrow palate which causes breathimg problems but im mainly doing it to fix my nose

Get septoplasty then because mse allways make the nose worse

Ok but if I get something like headgear for forward growth will it still make the nose worse?
