Palette expansion

I’ve been to see a maxillo-facial surgeon about SARPE, he said I didn’t need it, just braces. I went to see an orthodontist who recommend Invisalign, I’m probably going to do it but I can’t shake the doubt that I need palette expansion. Should I go and see someone else?

You need it, lie your fucking teeth, say you get excruciating pain, sand paper where your teeth contact, say you have pains
