Pagnoni is probably the only surgeon that might do it. These look like a variation of a paranasal implant (blue+pink ofc)

What's the goal of this implant? Nasolabial folds?
That's one goal. Others just have sunken in midfaces and want to make it look like the nasal cavity is more outwards. Essentially simulate a very weak lefort

In my case I just want to correct a chimp lip that Lefort I gave me.

Here are my lips from the side:

But paranasal implant will not precisely worsen the philtrum?

Before after, this is more or less what I hope it'd give me, I think it can flatten it or the opposite based upon placement and designs tbh I haven't even looked at it much lol, someone advised it to me on here and it seemed like a no brainer.

I think silicone would be fine in this area if you can't get PEEK. I've had silicone chin implant for 21 years with no issues and chin is supposed to be the worst area for silicone.

Yeah its better to live with normal lips for 15 years than with a chimp lip for a lifetime jfl.

Jokes aside I think silicone's bone resorption risks aren't as big as some ppl think.

The risk is definitely overblown. I've posted recent scans, and you can see there's like 1mm of resorption at most. And the chin implant is under a lot of pressure plus it moves. Paranasal just sits there with no pressure.

You can get this done in PEEK with Pagnoni, he has shown me a case where he did this, and he only does PEEK implants I believe, no silicone garbage

Pagnoni did mine actually... I previously had a silicone infraorbital rim implant that shifted upward because it wasn't screwed in. Later on I did a bimax and wanted bigger cheekbones plus to smooth the contour from upper face to mouth area so I had Pags take them out and replace with PEEK supras, cheekbone with infra, and paranasal. Almost everyone agrees PEEK is a far superior material although it's insanely expensive in the US. But even if you have a silicone implant screwed in, it can still shift and tear through the screw.

Do you think this could potentially fix my upper lip? Im definitely going to do that if this it.

Did Pagnoni design your implants?

Do you have any thoughts on having him design them vs. RealSurgeryMax?

RSM is great at designing implants, I would have him do it if you can
