Paranasal if you just need to fix nasolabial folds but midface implants if you want more fullness in the midface/cheekbone region.

Paranasal implants are a TYPE of midface implants.

Midface is literally your face from the upper lip to the eye bulb. Incl. Paranasal area (maxilla) + cheekbones.

Paranasal implants push your nose forward. Or more like its tip-part.
They help you to go from this:

Note the recessed upper maxilla (area all along nose, and its base) in the asian people. Paranasal implants are often done in conjunction with rhino.

Paranasal is just for paranasal area. Similar to how lefort 1 moves that area forward but without rest of the bone movement. I'll probably get them for nasolabial folds one day

Bro if this implant pushed at this point there would be no need to talk about lefort 3 anymore

No results is very amazing tbh

LeForte is a MEME SURGERY.

You literally can do full-midface implants instead of lefort-3 and get the same, or even better results.

This will give you leforte-3 results:

But you will have to do bimax too, because your jaws would not match your new midface projection.

Also, no one does either of the two, and no one really needs this shit. You do not need too much forward growth to be attractive enough. You usually do your cheekbone projection, and then done with it.

CHeekbones >>> rest of midface. In fact, most classical beauty standards ASSUME you have shit forward growth. This is a statue of Apollo, apparently "most beautiful of all gods":

What if someone has good cheekbones but kinda sunken midface. What should they do?

There are very few cases when one needs full-midface implants. Cheekbone + undereye fillers and/or implants = 99% of midfacial attractiveness.

You just have to cope with the very minor nasal base advancement that you get from Lefort 1.

I wish i could hack Eppley's PC just to see what these fuckers look like, pretty sure it would be hilarious in some cases.

Given "some" of his creations, we can already project what others look like...

Implants are a meme generally too. The only reason to do them is the saving in costs. But you have to be quite rich to have money for revisions. you will NEVER hit the correct implant size from the first try, due to uncertainty in how your body heals, and the effect of additional volume on YOUR TYPE OF SKIN.

Also, in some cases, implants are the only option: e.g. if you want to project the lower orbital rim upwards, which is only possible with saddle-rim implants. Fillers cannot help here. But this is such a niche surgery, without much practical benefit, that reasonably no one even does it.

The most sensible and BEST way is FILLERS.

Only if your temples are not recessed as well. If its the case, then your whole face will look recessed and only solution will be face transplant

temples are easy.

There is an implant for that too... or fillers are an easy fix :Comfy:

Paranasal implants = lower maxilla
Midface implants = upper maxilla/lower eye area

Pics in this thread illustrate the point

C'mon, man. You have to recognize that's a stupid question. It fucking depends on the face.

Are there befores of this? I need that frontal bone implant.
This should give the crazy undertaker deep set eyes. The Nerdic-type, where the forehead make the eyes deep set instead of a brow ridge.

Yes but lefort can adress downward growth if done with ccw impaction which looks more natural before getting only implants.
