i've attached some examples of paranasal/pyriform aperture implants and their affects on the projection of the midface and overall contour of the underlying paranasal region.
in my case i have a flat maxilla, with minimal support in my frontal zygos/infraorbital rims with a recessed anterior nasal spine. this makes my nose look pushed in and creates a very acute nasolabial angle, as well as some midface hollowing and the start of nasolabial folds. will lefort i alone correct the issues i listed for example or will customized implants suffice? maybe both? need another pair of eyes on my situation.
what should i do and what can i do?
