I'm doing parentmaxing book, and i would appreciate if you could give me your honest oppinion on whether it's practical and accessable to normies or not, i know already on what i'm missing, and book is nowhere near finished -thanks
Chapter one
This book project is gift to all my friends who are planning to get kids in future, i appreciate your decision, it requires so much responsibility to own a child, and i'm gonna take a moment to congratulate you. This book will help you navigate through common problems, see the obstacles, help you to understand how life works while pounding the common sense before any told statement. This book will teach you how to raise your kid the most efficent way, how anatomy works, how can you get the best outcomes in terms of literally everything you'll face with, while providing informations such as how to save your money, staying healthy, getting the most while giving the least, and the list goes on and on...
Before you even tie down to a woman, you need to be 100% sure that she is the right person to whom you are going to pass genes on. Now what i mean by that? By physically i'm saying that you as a man who reads this, you need to curb your sexual needs for other women while being in long-term relationship with your current girlfriend. So the best way is to actually be in relationship with good looking girl, she may or may not be good looking (It depends on you), but in sake of demonstration, i am going to show you with PSL what i mean, and personally find attractive.
- PSL in testing women for long term goes like this: You have looks and personality, but looks is a wider concept, so we'll just have personality, body and face instead. [This is little awkward but you can take this little test whether you are not sure to choose between her and others.]
I will take my girlfriend as an example:

Personality is the only thing that matters, because it's rare and most valuable trait that a woman can have.

Yes, because health comes before everything, just take a look at her habits, does she smokes, drinks, or takes drugs? And how is her health in general, like does she have some genetic disorders? Does she have some seruous issues going on with her? If so, don't put a baby in her, we don't want our kid to suffer.
Also try not to date over 25, because you might get autistic child, and women are not in their prime anymore (Mainly seeking for beta provider).
Waking up the idea of parenting & How to prepare for it
So once we find a woman who we'd actually going to settle with, we are going to be preparing for parenting. If you can't take responsibility for yout kid, then don't bring him into this world, if you live in very bad situation in terms of poverty, social enviroment, health.. Be rational and don't bring kids into this world, you don't want to watch your kid going through hell, who's even doing that?
- First basic thing i'm going to talk about is your financial status, and by living minimalist you can save QUITE of money, in fact i recommend everyone to live minimalist, it must resonates with you. [Minimalism is area that requires it's particular topic, i will talk about this briefly in other books]. But basically, don't start a family if you can't pay off your needs, needs for your woman, and kids. YES i mean that - a woman should stay at home take care about kids, and you as the man must bring the home bacon. Therefore i recommend you to work full time job, earn money from your hobby, try literally everything, because you actually need to secure family by enough money to pay off needs for food, water, bills, hygiene, and for things like clothes if you have money at the end of the month, those are really all the thing you need, and there is that huge misconseption that it's hard to earn money, but here's the thing;
- If you are tired of going to work, you gotta understand that you relly fully on yourself and before quiting your job, i recommend you to pay courses, learn some stuff that you can work by yourself whether it's fixing cars, coding, woodworking, electrician... Hopefully, if you are determined and dedicated to that stuff, to the point you spend atleast 5h a day learning, doing it, i can guarantee that you'll start making money after just 1. year
- Live a minimalist modist life, schedule your spendings on paper, limit your water/electricity intake, do everything to save as much as you can, be greedy.
- If you are someone from US, Germany, or any wealthy country, with little knowing of language you can actually move and live in lower wealthier countries, and work your job from this place if possible. From my experience, lifestyle, health, people and their culture is better in lower wealthier countries (I'm from eastern Europe originally, i earn as much as main income by doing AutoCad/Proe drawings as hobby which would be paid the same in US for example).
- Crypto, youtube job, fiverr and any other jobs are considerate, even if you earn just 'coffe' money, atleast you did it. Crypto and stocks is area that requires it's particular topic
Creating an enviroment for child to functionate
It shouldn't be hard man, the least required house should be this one
Where perhaps some of you can sleep on couch (Might be couch assembled as a bed) And your kids in their bedroom, bathroom door should face in living room direction (Tell that your workers)
During winter, i personally warm up the room by electric heather, and it's doing his job well despite how small he is, while my room is huge. So you can warm up the whole house that way, because it's pretty small house, and most efficent for saving your money, you'll likely need one electric heather but little bigger which isn't that expensive either.
You should have basic things like electricity and water. First and most important is food, your kid and wife should have access to food whenever they want (Not meaning they'd gonna binge eat all day, but rather that you'll have enough money to secure that, just in case)
Loft can be made also, if you need additional bedrooms, i mean you can do it. In that case you should use helical stairs in your living room (Because it's small room), and have in mind it's additional cost, etc.

Kid's and women's health
So we are into the chapter 2, this chapter is mainly going to be talking about fetal development and see things through an health aspect. We all know that health is of number one priority, what you've been puting into your mouth is important, there aren't any strict diets i'll be pointing out right now, [Book about diets in it's particular form], but you gotta be sure to eat enough macronutrients. Consult with your doctor if you're eligble for reproducing (I can't tell if you're healthy enough to have a baby).
So the men and women must be fertile to even begin, but how can you enchance your hormonal levels naturally? Speaking to men, you can:
▪Try lifting weights (Buzz increase in testosterone)
▪Include more protein and zinc enriched foods in your diet
▪Sleep more than 7h a day, have a normal sleep cycle
▪Reduce your body fat percentage into 15 to 20% range if you're obese (Google bodyfat percentage chart to see where you are.), cut off unhealthy food
▪You can use some supplements in addition to increase testosterone faster (Like ashwaganda, D aspartic acid...)
▪If you are homosexual male or your sex drive is too low, you can hop on hormone replacement therapy, it's not any dangerous, and you will experience great benefits from it, consult with your doctor about it
▪The last considerable option should be viagra/cialis for low sex drive, but have in mind that this isn't natural way, and i am not recommending you to do any of these, therefore you should try the first four mentioned steps above, and if nothing really helped you, the sooner you are, the more dangerous methods are gonna be.
▪Give up on bad habits like smoking and binge drinking
Speaking to women, you can:
▪Make sure you are eating right, and consuming enough iron in your diet, if you are willing to supplement iron, take iron in phospate form.

▪You might have higher levels of testosterone/DHT, if so; consult with your doctor about hormone replacement therapy
▪If you are taking birth control, give up right now, it is the reason why you are not fertile, while it's lowering your estrogen intentionally to reduce the menstrual pain, it has it's negative effects on general health, it's equivelent to taking testosterone, so STOP!
▪Give up on bad habits like smoking and binge drinking
So when you decide to make baby, this should be done simple, just go and make her pregnant
BUT
Make sure that you already given up on bad habits like smoking, whether it's weed or just cigaretes, you should not drink or smoke during pregnancy, this is important because what you did to your baby might affect how he will came out, and how he will develop later in life.
Some symptoms occured by bad habits during pregnancy: Fetal alcohol syndrome, Smaller than excepted birth weight, mental retardation, low prenatal testosterone, and many more.

It's the amounts of testosterone as baby and determined as adult, if you have high prenatal testosterone, you'll more likely have high testosterone in general, benefits are the same as benefits in person with high testosterone, and that is: More energy, better sleep, better cognition, better looking face (Masculine features), more motivation...and more
However if you have low prenatal testosterone, you'll not experience the full _?_ of mentioned benefits, (or not at all), there isn't really much you can do about it, other than injecting additional testosterone, but even that won't fix the situation, and the things that are happpened in womb, i'm sorry.

Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding should be done for atleast 3 years, i often hear biggest misinformation how ___ it should be done, but that's wrong, you must breastfeed for about 3 years. A lot of people use power formula, and when they do breastfeed, I rarely hear people go over like, several months at a time to a year, let alone two and a half year minimum, which is what people some of these articles in this research I've looked at is saying and, breastfeeding a six year old on the street, people look at you like you're nuts, but you know, there there's probably some meriton And although what I'm speaking about now, breastfeeding for six, seven years in the context of someone's current diet, I don't think they would have enough nutrition to actually for that to be viable because the current state of nutrition in America is it's like it's despicable. Disgusting. Like, even if you did breastfeed a child for five or six years. Yeah, their health would be better off than pretty much any other child around their age. But it still wouldn't be worth supposed to be because your diet probably isn't adequate in nutrients. So it's kind of like tackling the problem from all sides and and answering questions of like, if you do breastfeed a child for x period of time, at what point in time is the child's digestive system developed enough to actually not need nutrition from breast milk as opposed to Whole Foods? That's where things are cloudy and obviously more research has to be done. And any indicators for me would say well, your safest bet is to follow high nutrient diet, breastfeeding As long as possible, and then incorporate those who's into the diet of your children.
And NO bottle feeding, (bottle feed only in public if you're ashamed to breastfeed), but don't prioritize it, baby must be breastfeed exclusively for various of reasons, and if you bottle fed, fill your bottle with human milk, reason why; is animal milk is acidic (Cow is hybrid animal), it's milk contains phalates, i've explained why phalates are dangerous, it's better to give baby your human milk than any other, because baby gets all nutrients he needs from it, there isn't any alternative

Breastfeeding
Breastfeeding should be done for atleast 3 years, i often hear biggest misinformation how ___ it should be done, but that's wrong, you must breastfeed for about 3 years. A lot of people use power formula, and when they do breastfeed, I rarely hear people go over like, several months at a time to a year, let alone two and a half year minimum, which is what people some of these articles in this research I've looked at is saying and, breastfeeding a six year old on the street, people look at you like you're nuts, but you know, there there's probably some meriton And although what I'm speaking about now, breastfeeding for six, seven years in the context of someone's current diet, I don't think they would have enough nutrition to actually for that to be viable because the current state of nutrition in America is it's like it's despicable. Disgusting. Like, even if you did breastfeed a child for five or six years. Yeah, their health would be better off than pretty much any other child around their age. But it still wouldn't be worth supposed to be because your diet probably isn't adequate in nutrients. So it's kind of like tackling the problem from all sides and and answering questions of like, if you do breastfeed a child for x period of time, at what point in time is the child's digestive system developed enough to actually not need nutrition from breast milk as opposed to Whole Foods? That's where things are cloudy and obviously more research has to be done. And any indicators for me would say well, your safest bet is to follow high nutrient diet, breastfeeding As long as possible, and then incorporate those who's into the diet of your children.
And NO bottle feeding, (bottle feed only in public if you're ashamed to breastfeed), but don't prioritize it, baby must be breastfeed exclusively for various of reasons, and if you bottle fed, fill your bottle with human milk, reason why; is animal milk is acidic (Cow is hybrid animal), it's milk contains phalates, i've explained why phalates are dangerous, it's better to give baby your human milk than any other, because baby gets all nutrients he needs from it, there isn't any alternative
