I just talked to my dad outside about the training I was doing and then suddenly he asked me why my jaw and chin has suddenly gotten bigger and wider. I asked him what's wrong with it and he said that I would end up with a square jaw with wider gonions which according to him looks bad.

I didn't want to blackpill him about jaw shapes because his is not that good so I just said sure thing.

Tldr : don't tell others or don't let others know that you're ascending.

They can't stop me though. If they try to stop me then I'm basically going to let them watch a FaceandLMS video. I hope it doesn't go that far though.

Not every jaw is ideal because they're bigger. He's probably being honest with you about your jaw looking some shit like

Edit: Idk post pic

Indeed son, you need to blackpill them with your square jaw

I do boxing. I train a lot every day.

- I run at least 10 km without resting
- I do at least 50 pull ups
- I do at least 50 pushups
- I skip a rope for at least 30 minutes straight without resting (yes my legs hurt a lot when I do this)
- I do shadowboxing in the woods for at least 30 minutes
- I condition my entire hands by hitting concrete for 1 hour at least.

Keep in mind that when I do these that I almost never take breaks so that my muscles get completely strained. Also whenever you feel fatigue you just need to keep going, don't stop.

Don't stop when your legs hurt during the 10 km run.
Don't stop when your hands hurt a little during the conditioning.
Don't stop shadowboxing if your arms and legs feel tired.
Don't stop if your legs hurt while skipping rope for 30 minutes.

I don't care tbh. You don't need to believe me. I made another thread about me running 10 km without resting and without fatigue:

Well done I commend u
Nobody believes me when I tell them my training routine lol. It's not as if it's impossible to do it or something. You just need the right mental framework like mine. Just keep going even if you feel the pain.

I really don't remember ngl. I just started somehow and I kept up with the training without giving up even when my muscles hurt. This way I got used to the heaviness of the training. When your muscles start hurting during training, you have 2 options:

1. You either give up and take your rest.

2. You don't give up and keep going despite the pain.

When you chose option 2, then something amazing will happen. Your pituitary gland will be forced to produce more endorphins if you keep chosing option 2 during training. Endorphins are those "feel good" hormones. You produce endorphins when you eat chocolate for example.

What those endorphins do during training is that they lessen the pain in your muscles. This allows me to run 10 km without any fatigue for example.

I've also seen that training weights make your face look better. I've seen this on my friend too. Unfortunately I can't really give a proof but I am just saying this has been my experience.

And yeah parents want you to stay on their level. They don't like it when youre living a better life than they did.

Can confirm, while my mother and sister give me much more attention and positive vibes my father became aggressive af towards me. His jealousy is showing 24/7. once in summer vacation he even admitted it
