For hgh, ask your parents if you can open a crypto account, and larp that you're interested in the topic and would like to gain some trading experience. If your parents are somewhat chill, this shouldn't be a problem. Then you can buy Bitcoin there and use that to buy hgh, Bac water from Chinese vendors since they always have crypto payment method.

For the insulin needles you can go to random local pharmacies and ask if you can buy insulin needles(29-31g 6-8mm) and alcohol wipes. Sometimes they even give it to you for free, depending on your country.

what im thinking if i buy a box every few week they wont notice small charges on my card and because its powdered i can store for some time until i have enough to start and in a couple of months in spring i can start, i think this is my best bet
