No, children pick up a lot behaviour from friends at school and in the neighbourhood, uncles and other relatives, teachers, media people, etc. Children don't live in some vacuum where their parents are the only people they ever interact with.

Once again true but parents have a greater influence considering that parents can literally stop you from hanging out with those friends take you off social media and stop you going out in the neighbourhood
