You said you have a recessed maxilla, which is fixable with Lefort 1. Recessed jaw and chin will get fixed with bimax and genioplasty respectively. All 3 are in the same surgery.

You also said you have good eye area, so that must mean your only failo is your midface and lower thirds, that is your maxilla being recessed which cucks your infraorbital region and gives you a saggy appearance; and your mandible and chin that are also recessed giving you a prey look. All failos get fixed with trimax btw.

better getting genioplasty as the chin will be recessed still, and fillers will get more expensive bc you'll need to refill once inna while
