part of how hard your sentence is should be determined by how bad you look

if you rape someone, you may get 4 years in prison, but if you're also short or ugly, the sentence should be 50% longer because it's obvious you're a sick individual. a looks based justice system wouldn't be that bad, criminals are almost always ugly, and it's common knowledge that ugly people are of poor moral character, so why not give them an extra long sentence?
