For real. It's Iran, but the government doesn't want to get in a war with them so they aren't telling us about it.

An Iranian boat launches them, and they go back to, to refuel, and they're Chinese made. Iran purchased them from China.

Biden is basically ignoring it until his term is up, so it's not his problem. Local Law enforcement tried to take down the drones with other drones, but these drones are evasive and don't give off a heat signature, so local law enforcement is helpless.

The chinese baloon was real. It flew over the entire country collecting data before Biden decided to shoot it down.

Sometimes the government is highly competent, like when it's tracking down terrorists, spying on it's people, or blowing up enemies, and sometimes it's highly incompetent, and doesn't work at all.

The Iranian boat is in international water so Biden doesn't want to do anything but the U.S. government is tracking it. If any of these drones decide to drop bombs, That boat would be destroyed.

China has had advanced autonomous drones for a long time, and sells them to other countries such as Iran.

Blocking heat signature is easily something that can be done for a drone.
