i am 17 and work a part time job in retail, 5 hour shifts after school only 25 hours a week.

if you want a boring ass job where you don't talk to anyone of your coworkers then work at a grocery store but if you wanna talk to your coworkers work retail

I wouldn’t recommend cashiering at a grocery store unless you enjoy being social and are good at connecting with people. On the flip side, grocery store cashiering is a good way to improve social skills if you’re autistic. Working at a grocery store stocking shelves is chill, you can mostly listen to music and do your thing. Working fast food kind of sucks but those jobs tend to be the most social, you will work with people your age and shoot the shit.
