They are both good. You want to cycle supplements anyways. If you take to much ashwagandha over a period of time it loses it's effect

Would you advise against daily usage? Or will I only lose its effects and benefits if I overstep the recommended daily intake?

I don't know exactly how cycling works with herbs. The only thing I know is that if taken daily without breaks they tend to loose their effectiveness. I'm sure you can just cycle the ashwaghanda and the passion flower. Perhaps two weeks on one supplement and then switch over to the other. But, I'm not 100% sure.
