Moneymaxxing can be your hobby, don't use your spare time for anything else, don't spend time-consuming or creating, spend it moneymaxxing. That is your distraction, you know you will never be good looking so you cope with money.

That's true the reason why I don't go outside is because my BDD I view myself as an ugly human with an asymmetrical jaw, nose, and maxilla which creates severe social anxiety and depression. I have anhedonia which is a part of depression in where you are unable to feel pleasure or feel anything at all so basically your emotions are nulled, and I have the concentration and memory of an Alzheimer's patient so it's pretty bad.

Live somewhere near nature. Much better to live isolated near nature than isolated in a city with people around you. Much cheaper aswell.
Get a dog for companionship
Devote your time on hobbies indeed.
