Pct for 300mg test 15

Im gonna do a 12week "cycle" of 300mg of test E and 6 ius of growth hormone at 15 and because of my young age I wanna do a decent Pct to not fuck up my body.
This is what im looking for:

-While the cycle 300mgs of hcg which is stopped after 14 days of the last test inj.
-50mg of clomid Week 1-2 after the 14 days going down to 25mg in week 3-4
-and 20mg of Nolvadex week 1-4

What would you change?
Im 181cm and 71kg

300 is low, Switch clomid for enclo and add hcg, Use test P as it clears ur body faster
