I’ll inject that and get Botox for pores . I wish a good DIY PRP guide also exists. But if it’s cheap I’ll do it at clinic .

Ok I do microbotox , rf microneedling for pores and mild PIH . Then red light Tazarotene and ceramide moisturiser for collagen / general skin health. Anything else? Thoughts on silicone sheets?

try not to slam tazarotene (any retinoid or active) when youre doing things thatll induce microcuts.

add matriyxl and start doing PN injections. take collagen supplements, yes they work, take vitamins like C and minerals like iron, zinc and magnesium. Also IMO i prefer tret>taz just because tret has much more studies proving substantial collagen production.
