PDO question

@Clavicular (ping because he's the one who recommended) Reguarding his advice to do pdo threads under my eyes:

I'm thinking 30G mono smooth thread? my question is: is it possible to actually make the undereye support look better? or just to smooth out the lines.

I was watching a video on pdo undereyes and it looked like they just went straight across the tear trough toward the inner canthus:

But would it be better do make a kind of grid pattern for a support look?

If i just place them right where my lower lid transitions into my tear trough will it smooth it out?
