PDO threads for getting a curved philtrum

Has anyone tried it or pdo threads in general for a minor lip lift/flip? Do the results "build up" over time in general bc of the collagen boost (so will i get to keep some of curvature after the threads fully dissolve)? Ik botox and filler work for this too but I'm not willing to drop money on botox every month to maintain the results (though I'll probably try botox first to see if I like the result) and I'm diying so I can't risk migration

I’m guessing besides the lips there is no other filler involved right?

I have more threads in my cheekbones, philtrum, jawline, neck.

fat dissolver works better for nasolabials.

think I used 30mm wires 25g needles.

you keep most of it until the collagen starts to decline, it takes like a year for that to happen.

there isn't anything in my lower lip it just went outward more when the upper lip did.
