How old are you? I mean my eye area isn't the best either but your eye area could be worse, at least they're lowset and you have minimal upper eyelid exposure. Technically you could bonesmash your under eyes or try to use hgh to grow your bones but for me I can't change my eye area without surgery so I don't worry about it because there's no point until I can afford surgery. Just try to improve everything else and you'll be better looking.

Care to explain?
Canthal Tilt Lateral Canthal Tendon (LCT) and its attachment to the Whitnall’s tubercle on the orbital bone

PDO threads hook onto subcutaneous fat layer the LCT has none, it’s hooked onto the orbital bone, the PDO thread can’t ever reach that deep let alone even shift the orbital bone

to put it simpler, one’s structural and one’s surface level or superifical

Yeah but pdo threads still stretch skin that could give the appeareance of positive canthal tilt, its close to just stretching the skin close to the outer corner of your eyes upwards

you could do the same thing with “eye pulling” it’ll still revert back, your skins gonna move everytime you blink n the tension will break
