This is an easy way to save 15-20min. In the day there's only so much time to do everything (studying, reading, working, working out etc) that there may not be enough time to do everything you want to do. Recently what I've discovered is that meditating while doing PE is a good combination and an easy way to multitask and kill two birds with one stone. Not everything can be done together like reading and working out just doesn't work. But PE and meditation and a great combination- being naked and feeling your body lets you reflect better and make it better for meditating. Both have great benefits so It makes sense to do both at the same time to save time.
