I will talk about my experience doing PE. I have been at it for 14 months. Why did I start? Insecurity like everyone, wanting an above average dick like all men.
Does it work?
Yes it does work, but the gains come in very slowly. It depends on your age and your libido.
How do I do it?
I started with compression hanging every single day for 2 months and I have gained quite a bit of length, I'd say about 0.5 inches in those 2 months, mostly newbie gains. I didn't have as much time anymore with my job/studies so I started doing it 3 or 4 times a week. I would do 4x 20 mins sessions. I started at 2.5 pounds then 5 pounds and made my way up to 8 pounds and stopped there with compression hanging.
After a little while, I wanted to get some girth so I bought a leluv pump + cylinder 1.75 inches.
Leluv pumps are garbage btw they break easily. Buy a cheap car pump from amazon. Their cylinders are good quality though
At first I bought a 2.25 inch cylinder and started with that but my balls would get sucked in so I switched to 1.75.
I would do it right after I wake up because I would have morning wood and it would make the whole process way easier and more enjoyable.
I have struggled with porn addiction but thankfully now I have drastically reduced my usage and plan to completely stop very soon. I would watch lesbians kissing and sucking each other's tits
to stay hard in the pump sometimes. Most of the time I just look at girl pictures that I know in real life that I find hot.
With pumping, I would do 2x 20 mins sessions (I would do more but no time) and would go up to 15inHg depending on how I was feeling that day. I would also do short bursts of pumping and then relaxing to minimize edema.
Pumping gave me some length, and a very decent amount of girth though it is way harder to gain girth that it is length
Here is everything I learned:
---- Your libido will immensely be impacted with the your ejaculation frequency. The more frequently you bust a nut, the less you'll get erections and this makes pumping very hard because you are not supposed to go in soft. PE greatly benefits from having good libido. if you use up your juice all the time then you wont have any drive.
---- Do not go on r/gettingbigger. That whole subreddit is complete garbage when it comes to PE advice. Sure it will have some great posts every now and then but the problem with that sub is that they play it waaaay to safe and generally recommend 5-7 inHg in the pump which is less than the pressure of a normal erection in a healthy male. Also that sub is just filled with older guys so they have less libido and are more generally brainwashed. If you know how reddit is then you know...
--- I would go on ThunderPlace for all PE advice. It was the OG PE forum where people ACTUALLY did real experimentation. Very good gem threads on that website, especially the older threads. There is also some massive OG gainers on that website but they really it took it to the next level.
--- You will see truly perceive your gains in your morning woods, especially if you havn't nutted in a couple days. The first time I saw my gains I was mesmerized by the size. I was like wow this shit actually works. I started at 5.2 5.3 inches and now I am at 6.6-6.7 depending on erection quality + a good 0.3 inches of girth.
--- Would I recommend PE to guys struggling with their image of size>? Absofuckinglutely. It has made me a lot more confident with girls in general because I don't have that thing in my head anymore : wHaT iF sHe tHiNkS i'M sMalL? and get performance anxiety.

--- Most importantly: Do never push yourself with PE as it can be quite dangerous. Always start very slow and let your D adapt first before taking on bigger weights/pressures etc.. You only have one dick and if you break it its game over. Don't be a dumb retard that wants to speedrun the process.
--- I personally will keep doing PE until I reach 7'5 to 8' which I don't doubt will take some years. Obviously the key is consistency like everything else. Also take decon breaks of 1 week from time to time as it helps the process in general.
--- Eat lots of meat+ beef liver which will help solidify the gains. Beef liver is literal cum fuel. I recommend AT MOST 1 nut a week. if you can go for longer it is waay better but obviously with our hypersexualized society, it is very hard.
